DMLA offers virtual audition workshops to help students gain the confidence necessary to become a drum major and/or section leader. We cover the principles of conducting, leadership, and teaching to create the strongest candidates for your ensemble.
Drum Major & Leadership Camps
The most affordable leadership camp we know of! DMLA's Marching Band Leadership Camps bring together the nation's top educators in virtual and in-person camps to give your student leaders the skills they need to succeed during the season! Students learn and meet other leaders from across the nation (with school-specific breakouts, too!)
Private Lessons & More
Private lessons, free masterclasses, educational podcasts, and other resources are offered throughout the year! Students can stay up to date by following DMLA on social media (@dmlatraining).
