This camp is designed for full band leadership teams (Drum Majors, Section Leaders, Captains, Sergeants, etc.) as well as individual student leaders from across the country!

Marching Band Leadership Camp takes place live on Zoom, allowing the best instructors from around the world to teach you straight from your home computer. This approach enables us to keep Marching Band Leadership Camp high value, low cost, and exceptionally interactive!

This full weekend experience features high-energy instruction, immersive presentations, and engaging activities that deliver the most modern approach to leadership training in the activity. Students will get to experience our comprehensive leadership curriculum, work with top-tier instructors, and become inspired by renowned guest speakers currently influencing the marching arts from every angle.

Camp takes place in several blocks. Each session includes inspiring group presentations, immersive breakout activities, and time to work directly with the DMLA Instructional Team.

Each year, our team delivers a unique camp experience designed for the challenges student leaders will likely face that marching season. Common topics include team building, culture development, conflict resolution, communication, and teaching to help leaders serve in their roles to the fullest.
