Our Story
Since it’s founding in 2018, the Drum Major Leadership Academy has quickly risen to become the world’s leading producer in virtual leadership and conducting training within the marching arts. This growth was made possible by a passionate and experienced instructional team, modern teaching philosophies, and the success of our students.
