Will Brady currently serves as a technician for Anna Jonesboro Community High School in Anna, Illinois in percussion with an emphasis in front ensemble, visual execution, conducting and field timing. He also assists with visual design. Will has previously marched with the Murphysboro High School Crimson Express (2012-2017) and with the Southern Illinois University Carbondale Marching Salukis (2018-2021), where he served as drum major for three and two years, respectively. He has also performed with the Heartland Youth Percussion Ensemble as well as the SIUC percussion ensemble. Having experienced and led bands ranging in membership of fifty to two-hundred and fifty, Will is passionate about helping student leaders find styles and techniques that provide the most effective solutions for their unique programs. Will believes that the best leadership is done through service and commitment. His aim is to provide students with a strong understanding of core fundamentals on which to build their skills in conducting and leadership. He is excited to provide a dynamic and engaging learning environment for DMLA students.
