Madeline Hoth is a graduate from the University of South Carolina where she studied music education and oboe. Madeline studied the oboe under Dr. Rebecca Nagel and performed in the symphonic winds and in the opera orchestra. In addition to playing the oboe, she played tenor saxophone in the Carolina Band, volleyball band, basketball band, and Carolina Sound. This past year, Madeline served as senior staff and director of “Carolina Sound” for the Carolina Band, as well as served as president of the Zeta Chi chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi. Madeline plans to continue her education at Florida State University next fall.

Madeline hopes to bring her knowledge and passion of leadership and service to the DMLA community. It is her belief that a leader should be genuine, honest, and passionate about what they do.
