Jordan is the Director of the Drum Major Leadership Academy, the former Head of Curriculum, and a conducting/leadership consultant. Previously, she served as Drum Major for 6 cumulative seasons, 4 of which as Head Drum Major for Cincinnati Tradition Drum and Bugle Corps. With two World Championship Titles under her belt, Jordan has experience in leadership within developing programs and adaptive leadership techniques. She graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Forensic Science in 2020 and is a two-time recipient of XavierLeadership Award winner. Jordan is thrilled to share her extensive knowledge and passion with Drum Majors across the nation.
