Andy Fassbender, an Ohio native and current resident, has three years of Drum Corps (DCI) experience with Legends Drum and Bugle Corps (’17-18 trumpet, ’19-present Assistant Drum Major) and was Drum Major at Bishop Watterson high school in 2018. He is currently a third year marketing student at The Ohio State University, and sharpens his leadership skills off the field with two years as a manager at an Ohio State Dining Location. He specializes in Conflict Resolution, Culture Building, and Motivation, and will be joining the instructional team as well as the Marketing team. Andy is excited to be a part of DMLA to help bring tools, tips, and tricks that will ensure success for leaders of all ages. He believes there is something for everyone to get out of the marching arts, and looks forward helping students achieve that goal through DMLA and themselves.
