Every competitor receives written and video feedback. Video feedback is delivered in a positively-constructive way, allowing participants to learn and improve their abilities as conductors, communicators, and performers. Score sheets include actionable information to help take your conducting to the next level.

This competition includes 3 exclusive masterclasses led by some of the greatest conductors in the activity. Take your skills to the next level.

First, second, and third place champions from each division will receive a medal. Additionally, every competitor will receive a 2021 National Drum Major Competition Patch and Certificate of National Achievement following the event. Fan favorite conductors also receive a medal.
